Ale Zelaya & Jessie Ustariz had both been working in the real estate industry for over a decade, when in 2017 they decided to join forces and found their own real estate brokerage firm. ZeUs Roatan Real Estate offers a full suite of real estate and property management services to clients looking to invest in the Roatan market. Both native Hondurans, originally from the mainland, Ale and Jessie are 100% bilingual in English and Spanish. They are eager to introduce you to their country’s unique culture and the island paradise of Roatan with which they fell in love and have been calling home since 2008.
As Co-Brokers at ZeUs Roatan Real Estate, Ale and Jessie prioritize ethical conduct and professional collaboration. They are members of the National Association of Realtors of Honduras (CANABIRH), members of the Roatan Realtor’s Association (RRA), for which they served on the Board of Directors several years, and are also members of the National Association of Realtors of the United States of America (NAR).

Alejandra Zelaya
Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Ale Zelaya’s first passion was music. Graduated from the National School of Music with specialization in the French Horn, Alejandra’s musical upbringing helped to make her the free-spirited and friendly person she is today.
Ale studied Tourism Management at the university of UNITEC and in 2008 she moved to the beautiful island of Roatan. She began her professional career in the hotel sector and then moved on to work for one of the most prestigious residential projects on the island, overseeing its launch, ongoing management and real estate brokerage.
Now, with more than ten years of experience in the real estate field, Ale is known for her integrity, leadership, can-do approach and high levels of motivation and perseverance. Getting to know her clients and ensuring they find their perfect house is what motivates her every day.
Jessie Ustariz
Jessie Ustariz was born in Honduras and grew up in the seaside town of Puerto Cortes. She graduated with a degree in Marketing and International Business at Tec de Monterrey University in Mexico.
After graduating, she worked in the Honduran banking industry in product and service development where she learned many valuable skills like customer orientation, innovation and networking.
In 2008, she moved to the island of Roatan going back to her coastal roots. Her passion for service and island life led her to begin working with one of the biggest and most luxurious developments on the island, as a licensed realtor, helping clients find their dream vacation or permanent home. Her work style is characterized by integrity, consistent communication, eye for detail, product knowledge and follow through.
