They communicate very well there’s never a question as to what stage any transaction is. There are likely buyers and sellers that are from foreign countries such as US or Canada interested in purchasing real estate on Roatan. It is normal to have concerns regarding the trustworthiness of someone who you randomly select to assist you in what is likely an expensive transaction again in a foreign country is critical.
