Alejandra Zelaya and Jessie Ustariz each bring over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, since 2009. Together, they formed ZeUs Roatan Real Estate to provide a full suite of services for clients seeking to buy or sell property in Roatan. Born and raised on the mainland, Ale (as she is commonly known) and Jessie are fully bilingual in English and Spanish. Having called Roatan home since 2008, they share a deep love for the island and a passion for introducing others to its vibrant culture and lifestyle.

Ale Zelaya
Born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras, Ale Zelaya’s journey began with a deep passion for music. A graduate of the National School of Music with a specialization in the French Horn, she gave numerous accomplished performances with both the National Orchestra and the Philharmonic Orchestra of Honduras. Alejandra’s early dedication to music has played a fundamental role in shaping her into the spirited and amiable person she is today. Ale studied Tourism Management at the University of UNITEC in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. In 2008, she made a transformative decision to relocate to the enchanting island of Roatan. Commencing her professional endeavors in the hospitality sector, she later transitioned to a prominent residential project on the island, where she was responsible for the project’s launch, ongoing management, and real estate brokerage. Entering the real estate industry in 2009, Ale now brings over 15 years of professional experience to her clients. She is distinguished for her integrity, leadership, proactive approach, and unyielding motivation and perseverance. Forging connections with clients from both local and international backgrounds and ensuring they find their perfect home is what motivates her every day.
Jessie Ustariz
Jessie Ustariz was born and grew up in the picturesque coastal town of Puerto Cortes, Honduras. She graduated with a degree in Marketing and International Commerce from Tec de Monterrey University in Mexico. After graduation, she worked for several years in the Honduran banking industry in product and service development, where she acquired valuable skills such as teamwork, project management, customer service, innovation, and networking. In 2008, she moved to the island of Roatan, returning to her coastal roots. Her passion for service and island life led her to start working with one of the largest and most luxurious developments on the island, as a licensed realtor, helping clients find their dream vacation or permanent home. Her work style is characterized by integrity, consistent communication, an eye for detail, product knowledge, and exceptional follow-through.
