I just finished my third real estate transaction using Zeus. I feel compelled to share a few things, first of all they’re very efficient very thorough and it’s a comfort to know that once they take on the responsibility they follow through. They communicate very well there’s never a question as to what stage any transaction is. There are likely buyers and sellers that are from foreign countries such as US or Canada interested in purchasing real estate on Roatan. It is normal to have concerns regarding the trustworthiness of someone who you randomly select to assist you in what is likely an expensive transaction again in a foreign country is critical.
Throughout my three experiences with Zeus I cannot say that I have any complaints whatsoever their diligence and professionalism makes them stand out.
