We had the pleasure of working with Alejandra Zelaya on the purchase of our Villa at Pristine Bay. We couldn’t have been happier with the whole experience. Alejandra is a true professional.  Not only was she extremely knowledgeable about our real estate purchase, she assisted us with our relocation to Roatan.  We had many questions from shipping household goods to bringing our pets and if she couldn’t answer herself, she found the right individuals who could .She is very well connected and respected on the island. It took forever for our house to sell in the states before we could make our move and Ale never gave up on us!  She found a way to overcome every obstacle.  She partnered with us every step of the way. She is determined and focused and besides all of these great qualities, she is just a nice person!  She is a very positive, can do person.  I was especially impressed with her suggestions to make changes to our floor plan based on our needs and wishes before we even started building.  It was quite helpful to work with someone who has a working knowledge of architecture and construction. We have remained friends with Alejandra and would definitely work with her again given the opportunity.
